The Role
Working from their modern office on the outskirts of Norwich, you will take the lead on comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage complex Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects, driving new traffic and brand awareness through SEO, PPC, Email, CRO, and Social Media Marketing. You will not just be executing background tasks; you will be actively running client meetings, pitching services, up-selling at appropriate opportunities, and acting as the strategic marketing voice to align technical teams with client goals.
Are You the Right Fit?
To thrive in this environment, you need a minimum of three years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced agency setting. You must possess a strong analytical mind, deep commercial awareness, and proven hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, and paid/organic social media campaigns. Confidence in presenting to senior business directors and external clients is an absolute must. Familiarity with the Google suite (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) and Meta Ads is expected, while any knowledge of HTML, CSS, or various CMS platforms will make your application stand out. Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.
