The Role

Working two to three days a week from the office on the Norwich outskirts, you will manage and optimise high-spend PPC campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms. You will dive deep into GA4 and platform reporting to analyse campaign performance, uncovering growth opportunities and optimising bids, targeting, and creative assets to improve acquisition efficiency. Additionally, you will run ongoing tests to improve conversion performance, monitor key metrics like CPA and ROAS, and support broader SEO initiatives to strengthen overall digital performance.

Are You the Right Fit?

To thrive in this performance-driven environment, you need proven experience managing PPC campaigns, either in-house or within an agency setting. You must possess strong analytical skills, confidence working with GA4, and a mindset focused entirely on ROI and measurable improvement. A working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Experience in online entertainment or similar highly competitive digital sectors is beneficial but not required. Due to the office location, you must have access to a car.
