Role Overview

A high‑growth technology organisation is hiring a VP of Sales to elevate its sales organisation, sharpen enterprise execution, and drive consistent new‑business performance. This is a mandate for a leader who can build a high‑performing sales culture, strengthen sales discipline, and scale predictable revenue across strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales organisation across new business, expansion, and strategic accounts
  • Build scalable sales processes, methodologies, and forecasting discipline
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound, partner, and marketing‑aligned channels
  • Coach and develop sales leaders and individual contributors
  • Strengthen alignment with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
  • Own revenue targets, performance management, and sales reporting
  • Improve win rates, deal velocity, and sales efficiency

Required Experience

  • Proven success leading enterprise or mid‑market sales teams
