Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Base: £200,000 – £260,000 

Role Overview

A high‑growth technology organisation is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define its long‑term technical strategy, scale engineering operations, and strengthen the architectural foundations required for the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute long‑term technical strategy
  • Lead and develop high‑performing engineering teams
  • Oversee architectural decisions and platform scalability
  • Partner with Product and Executive Leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes
  • Establish governance across quality, security, and technical standards

Required Experience
