Role Overview
A high‑growth technology organisation is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to architect and lead its next era of revenue expansion. This is a mandate for a commercially elite operator who can unify sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer growth into a single, high‑performing commercial engine. The CCO will shape the organisation’s market position, build scalable GTM systems, and drive predictable, compounding revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end commercial strategy across acquisition, expansion, and partner‑led revenue
- Build and lead high‑performing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
- Establish scalable GTM motions, forecasting models, and performance frameworks
- Strengthen cross‑functional alignment with Product, Customer, and Finance
- Drive operational excellence across pipeline generation, deal execution, and customer lifecycle management
- Represent the commercial function at executive and board level Identify new market opportunities and shape commercial positioning
Required Experience
- Proven track record owning revenue strategy and scaling commercial organisations
- Experience leading multi‑disciplinary commercial teams in high‑growth or complex environments
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales, value‑based selling, and predictable forecasting
- Demonstrable success improving commercial performance and GTM efficiency
- Strong executive presence with board‑level influence
