About the Role

Technical Customer Success Manager, US West Coast | US West Coast | Competitive base salary

"Signing off a customer's onboarding, only to watch them struggle with integrations nobody technical ever set up properly?"

If you are a customer success or implementation professional with a technical streak, you know the exhausting reality of being stuck between worlds: customers who need real configuration help, support queues that cannot give it and a product team that only hears about problems once an account is already at risk.

There is a far more hands-on platform to build your customer success career upon.

Our client is a UK-headquartered SaaS company whose inspection and compliance software helps property managers, facilities teams and housing organisations stay on top of the condition and compliance of their portfolios.

The business is growing its US customer base and is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager on the West Coast to own onboarding, integration and adoption for its US customers.

The Benefits

  • Competitive Reward: A competitive base salary.
  • West Coast Based: A US West Coast role at the heart of a growing US customer base.
  • Continuous Reward and Growth: A pivotal seat acting as the technical bridge between customers, support and product.

The Role

As Technical Customer Success Manager, you will look after US customers including property managers, facilities teams and housing organisations. You will onboard new customers and configure inspection templates, workflows and integrations with leading property management systems.

Day to day, you will drive adoption, renewals and expansion across a book of accounts, and act as the technical bridge between customers, support and product, making sure what customers need reaches the people who can build it.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Customer success or implementation experience in B2B software, with a technical bent.
  • Confident configuring workflows and integrations alongside customers.
  • Based on the US West Coast.
  • Desirable: PropTech or property management software exposure.
  • Valid Right to Work in the United States is essential.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you are ready to trade onboardings that stall on integrations nobody owns for a technical customer success seat where you own onboarding, integration and adoption end to end, let's have a low-pressure conversation today.
