About the Role

Sales Development Representative | London | Competitive base + commission

"Making call after call for a product nobody on the other end can picture needing?"

If you are an SDR or BDR, you know the exhausting reality of pitching something abstract: prospects who cannot see the problem you solve, long explanations before you earn a moment of interest and conversion rates that never reflect the effort you put in.

There is a far more relatable platform to build your sales development career upon.

Our client is an established PropTech business, backed by a larger European software group, that takes the hassle out of property maintenance. Its platform helps letting agents, property managers and housing providers log repairs, plan upkeep and manage contractors in one place.

Every lettings and property management team wrestles with repairs and contractors, so your first conversation starts with a problem the prospect already knows well. The business is adding this SDR seat alongside a new Account Executive hire.

The Benefits

  • Competitive Reward: A competitive base salary plus commission.
  • Conversations That Land: Outreach built around an everyday operational headache, not an abstract pitch.
  • Continuous Reward and Growth: Work hand in hand with a newly hired Account Executive and see the meetings you set up turn into pipeline.

The Role

As Sales Development Representative, you will be the first person Lettings Directors, Property Management Leads and Heads of Operations hear from at the business. Your job is to create qualified pipeline across letting agencies, property managers and housing providers for the Account Executive team to close.

Each week you will build target lists, run outbound sequences and qualify interest, then book meetings for the Account Executive team. Accurate CRM records and regular reporting on activity and conversion will keep your pipeline visible and your results clear.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B software.
  • Strong written and spoken outreach.
  • Organised and accurate, with a disciplined approach to activity and CRM hygiene.
  • Desirable: PropTech or lettings exposure.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you are ready to trade pitching an abstract product nobody can picture needing for a SDR seat where every conversation starts with a problem your prospect already knows, let's have a low-pressure conversation today.
