About the Role

Growth Operations Lead | UK (Remote) | Competitive base salary

"Holding a growing commercial team together with spreadsheets, workarounds and a CRM nobody trusts?"

If you are a revenue or sales operations professional, you know the exhausting reality of being the person everyone relies on but nobody resources: messy pipeline data, tools bolted on without a plan and reporting rebuilt by hand every week.

There is a far more strategic environment to build your growth operations career within.

Our client is a growing UK B2B SaaS scale-up whose software is used by property and facilities teams across a range of sectors.

As its commercial team expands internationally, the business is building a dedicated growth operations function. This seat sits at the centre of it, giving business development and sales development the process, tooling and data they need to scale.

The Benefits

  • Competitive Reward: A competitive base salary.
  • Unmatched Work-Life Balance: Remote working within the UK, ideally from the Manchester area, with London also an option.
  • Continuous Reward and Growth: The chance to build the commercial operating model for an internationally growing team.

The Role

As Growth Operations Lead, you will own the systems and rhythms behind the commercial team: CRM hygiene, sales process and pipeline reporting, along with the commercial tooling and data that the business development and sales development teams depend on.

Day to day, you will keep pipeline data clean and reporting reliable, refine the sales process as the team grows, and build the operating cadence for a commercial team expanding across several markets. You will turn activity and pipeline data into clear insight on what is working and where to focus next.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Experience in sales, revenue or growth operations within a B2B software business.
  • Strong CRM administration and pipeline reporting skills.
  • Comfortable owning the commercial tooling and data for a growing sales team.
  • Organised, analytical and confident working remotely.
  • Desirable: experience supporting a commercial team that operates across more than one country.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you are ready to trade spreadsheets, workarounds and a CRM nobody trusts for a growth operations seat where you build the commercial engine from the ground up, let's have a low-pressure conversation today.
