About the Role

Business Development Representative | UK | Competitive base + commission

"Prospecting the same overcrowded software buyers as every other BDR on LinkedIn?"

If you are a BDR or SDR, you know the exhausting reality of pitching yet another tool into an overcrowded inbox: marketing leaders who have heard it all before, products that all sound the same and a script that gives you nothing distinctive to say.

There is a far more distinctive platform to build your business development career upon.

Our client is an established UK conversion technology company whose AI-assisted, human-led live chat service turns website visitors into qualified leads for housebuilders, estate agents, car retailers and travel brands.

Rather than pure software, the business sells a fully managed service with a simple promise: more of the visitors its clients already pay to attract become real leads. Business development is the focus for the coming quarter, and this seat is central to it.

The Benefits

  • Competitive Reward: A competitive base salary plus commission.
  • A Distinctive Proposition: A managed lead-conversion service, not another self-serve tool, sold into sectors where every lead counts.
  • Continuous Reward and Growth: A seat at the centre of the business's growth plans for the coming quarter, selling across property, travel and automotive.

The Role

As Business Development Representative, you will build pipeline with housebuilders and estate agents first, then travel and hospitality and automotive brands. Your buyers will be Marketing Directors, Heads of Sales, Digital Leads and Heads of Ecommerce.

Day to day, you will build target lists across property, travel and automotive, run outbound sequences and qualify interest in managed live chat, then book meetings for the sales team with a clean handover. You will keep the CRM accurate and report weekly.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Outbound BDR or SDR experience selling to marketing or sales leaders.
  • Strong written outreach and phone confidence.
  • Desirable: property, automotive or travel marketing exposure.
  • Desirable: experience selling a managed service rather than pure software.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.

The Next Step

At CloudScope Group, we do not just fill seats; we open doors to better careers. If you are ready to trade another me-too tool pitched into an overcrowded inbox for a business development seat with a genuinely distinctive proposition to sell, let's have a low-pressure conversation today.
