Our story
From one region to a group of specialists.
We started in 2016 with a clear focus: software engineering, IT and digital talent across East Anglia. We built our name on the ground in Norwich and Ipswich, working with the region’s most ambitious businesses and the people they wanted to hire.
As we grew, we tried working across more sectors. It taught us the lesson the whole group is now built on: collaboration is powerful, but great recruitment needs one market, led by someone who lives in it.
True expertise cannot be spread thin.
So we built CloudScope Group. Instead of one generalist agency, we run a family of specialist brands, each led by an expert in its field and each focused on the people who drive revenue. The brands keep their independence. The group gives them a collective of shared resources to draw on: operational, financial and additional resourcing support, plus the systems, the data and the commercial leadership to grow.

The Emily James Partnership recruits exclusively for SaaS companies, from the first SDR to sales leadership, and matches every hire on the complete sales motion: who they sell to, how they sell and the numbers they actually hit.
RecEast recruits the commercial and technical people who grow East Anglian businesses, across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex, from its base in Ipswich.
D2C Talent is executive search for the leaders who scale direct-to-consumer brands.

Harrison Knight
Harrison has more than 13 years in recruitment and executive search, with a strong track record of finding hard-to-locate technical and commercial talent. He has led the business since 2016, and founded CloudScope Group in 2021 to bring specialist recruitment brands together under one roof. He is co-director of The Emily James Partnership and stays hands-on in recruitment strategy and key account management.
